When does MedspAI hand something to my team?
Whenever it needs a person. It notifies your team and passes it on with a detailed summary and what needs doing, so the client is never dropped or left with a bare message.
What can we assign to each other?
Anything that needs doing, from a client’s thread or on its own. For example, place an order for a client’s medication. The teammate gets a notification, and the task links back to the conversation.
Can everyone see what was already said?
Yes. Calls, texts and website chats live in one thread per client, shared by the team, so whoever picks it up sees the whole conversation.
Are our staff’s calls in the thread too?
Yes. Every call is transcribed, including the calls your team makes and answers, not only the ones MedspAI handles.
