We built MedspAI to solve a problem we already lived through.

The same playbook that scaled our med spa, turned into software.

Before MedspAI, I spent years running a med spa, growing it from one location to several in a few short years. The growth lever was simple but unglamorous: speed to lead. We had a rule that we'd never miss a call, and that no lead would wait more than five minutes for a response. That single rule made all the difference.

Pulling it off was another story. It meant 24/7 staff coverage, multiple shifts, overnight pay, constant training, constant turnover. The math worked, but barely. Most med spas can't run that play, and the ones that try usually burn out trying.

I started MedspAI because we wanted to take that same growth strategy and turn it into something repeatable. A service any med spa could plug in and run, without needing to staff up the way we did.

How long does it take to set up?

Setup is fast. We handle the heavy lifting: onboarding wizard, knowledge base import from your website, voice and greeting setup, EMR connection. You're not on your own.

Do I need to switch phone numbers?

No. We port your existing number over. Your patients keep dialing the same number they always have. The port is handled for you.

What happens if the AI can't answer something?
