Every client hears from you after their treatment.
MedspAI handles post-treatment follow-up on the timing you set for each procedure, and your team sees every reply.
Botox sequence, two texts. Hannah Cole has Botox with Amanda on August 27. Two weeks later MedspAI asks how it is settling in, and she says her forehead lines are gone. Three months later MedspAI suggests coming in before it fully wears off. Hannah says she is still good. Kayla suggests Thursday, December 17, about three weeks out, and Hannah books it.
Filler sequence, three texts. Sofia Marchetti has lip filler with Amanda on November 10. The next morning MedspAI asks how she is feeling. She is a little swollen and asks if that is normal. The team has 10 minutes to answer first; nobody is free, so MedspAI answers from the spa’s aftercare. Two weeks later MedspAI asks how her lips look and she loves them. Six months later MedspAI offers a maintenance visit, Sofia asks for a Friday afternoon, and Jenna books her for Friday, May 14 at 2:30.
CO2 laser sequence, four texts, most of them in the first week because the treatment is aggressive. Lauren Hayes has fully ablative CO2 resurfacing with Amanda on November 2. That night MedspAI checks in; she says it feels like a bad sunburn. On day 3 MedspAI tells her oozing and crusting are normal and not to pick, and she is relieved. On day 7 it says new skin is coming in and reminds her of her check with Amanda on Friday. At 6 weeks it says the pink keeps fading and results improve for months, and Lauren says her acne scars are much softer.
Chemical peel sequence, two texts. Renee Alvarez has the first of three peels on November 5 and books the next one for December 3 at checkout. On day 3 MedspAI tells her peeling usually starts around now and not to pick. She says it is tempting, and Kayla tells her it will be smooth in a few days. Five days before her next peel, MedspAI reminds her to pause retinol.
What happens after a treatment.
Questions
When does the follow-up start?
Automatically after a treatment. Each client gets the sequence for the procedure they had.
Can we have different follow-ups for different treatments?
Yes. Create as many sequences as you want, one per procedure if you like. You set the timing and the messages for each one.
How many texts can a sequence send?
As many as you want, on any timing. For example, a check-in the next day, then a touch-up text three months later.
Does a reply stop the rest of the texts?
You choose when you set up each sequence. Some follow-ups should stop once the client answers, and others should keep going.
Who answers when a client texts back?
Replies land in your shared inbox, in that client’s thread. Your team gets the first chance to answer. If nobody has after the wait time you set, MedspAI steps in.
What if a reply sounds like a problem?
Once MedspAI steps in, it flags anything that needs a person for your team.
What number do the texts come from?
Your med spa’s number, the one your clients already have.
